Management of Internal Communications - 40%· Lead all internal (within the call centre) communication strategies for both major projects and daily updates· Work with call centre training and call centre operations leaders to execute communication and change management plans. · Assess impact of the new initiatives on front line staff and strategize with the necessary departments on effective implementation· Work closely with the project, training and operations groups to ensure effective communication delivery through the communication updates.· Strategize with training and management teams to assess the most effective approach in supporting our frontline staff with new information. This could include Click2Learn, Huddles, team meetings or classroom training.· Work closely with Workforce Management to plan timing for execution of larger communications, both internal and external to the Call Centre.Management of Internal Knowledge Reference System - 30%· Develop and Maintain on-line Leader module for Click 2 Learn system· Ensure that knowledge and information are readily available and easily accessible through the Click2Learn system. This includes updating knowledge bases, daily information and process/procedure manuals· Responsible for ongoing updates to internal knowledge reference system · Manage any updates to documents or processes within the system· Recommend ongoing improvements to system and contentScripting Support - 10%· Develop agent scripting for marketing campaigns and new processes and procedures· Assist marketing with customer facing scripting on the websites and voice systems (when applicable)Communications Support - 10%· Responsible for all updates to internal TV (Infovision) updates· Work with the Call Centre to ensure day to day communications are· Edit training manuals and procedure documentsAd hoc projects - 10%
