我国内的驾驶证已经5年多了，是不是去加拿大之前应该到当地的车管部门开个什么证明？这样到了加拿大考驾照行对容易些？？ 请办过的朋友交流一下经验！怎么办的呀？？？谢谢！！！！

The authentication letter must be on official letterhead and be written in either English or French. It must be dated and cannot be more than 6 months old. If the Authentication Letter is in a language other than English or French, it must be accompanied by a Letter of Translation from a qualified translator.
