超级签证签的时候需要买保险,那么10年内后面几次入境是否就不用买保险了呢?也就是说签的时候买一年保险,签出来后,父母来3个月就回国,后面7个月保险就能退了.然后第二,第三次来的话,不是不需要再签证了吗?那是不是意味着不用买保险了?
