提供的材料：申请表IMM5444 （注意避免填写错误，出境天数把头尾都算上）身份补充表IMM5455护照复印件（每页）登陆纸复印件以前年度税单复印件两张照片（放在小纸封里，可以放在最上面）交费收据（网上交费后打印）护照签章的翻译(稍后我找出附件发给你）把申请表最后一页的checklist 勾选第一部分所有七项，第二部分第三项把这些材料按顺序放好寄出即可

Anny2005 说:不需要的点击展开...这样啊。 我当初是为了保险，规规矩矩，找了认证翻译员，交了100刀。虽然真的的确是 几个简单的出入境汉字翻译。但是就怕万一，不想为了节省几十刀而耽误入籍时间，或者被退重交钱。

用生命学习中。。。 超赞 赏 问 问天 0$(VIP 0) 5222014-04-28#18 CIC网站可是要求非英法文的文件要有宣誓信的翻译，如下：Translation of documentsAny document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:the English or French translation; andan affidavit from the person who completed the translation; anda certified copy of the original document.Note: An affidavit is a document on which the translator has sworn, in the presence of a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the translator is living, that the contents of their translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document. Translators who are certified members in good standing of one of the provincial or territorial organizations of translators and interpreters of Canada do not need to supply an affidavit.
