在加拿大换枫叶卡需要有效的中国护照，换护照又要有效的枫叶卡，假如非常不幸，这2个证件都过期了或者都丢失了，那么从操作的技术角度上讲，如何更换枫叶卡和中国护照？请大家指点，谢谢！
