这是再次来信 ：Good day.Thank you for contacting our office.The Mediation Decision submitted to our office is not signed. At this time we require both parties to sign the Civil MediationDecision and for the copy of the document to be submitted.Regards, 我只是把其他表更新了，还问“ Mediation Decision" 是什么。他们好像没看到是的。再次问”Meditation" 样式和内容，或发给我表格，还没答复。。。唉。。。
