入境加拿大时候是single 申请ee时候带commonlaw partner一起
E-COPR的婚姻状态应该是cml但被cic搞错成已婚.1. IMM1436E表格 part A 的marital status 应该是common law吗? 但是我看到instruction 写着Marital Status on your first entry to Canada ... 所以应该填什么啊?
2. Part B – information to be amended里面的marital status 应该是common law吧? 但是看见instruction 写
Your record will only be amended if your marriage status was recorded incorrectly at the time of entry to Canada and you can provide proof.If your marital status has changed after you entered Canada, it will not be amended.
所以又confuse这到底能不能改啊...
求帮忙这两个怎么填

- 简单而言， 入境时， 您的婚姻状况是什么， 不填写什么。
- 这里是指第一次入境时。

Your record will only be amended if your marriage status was recorded incorrectly at the time of entry to Canada and you can provide proof.If your marital status has changed after you entered Canada, it will not be amended.
- 仍然可以修改。
