看（移民网站）的公告http://www.gov.pe.ca/photos/original/ISLICChange2012.pdf As of December 31, 2012 the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) will close and phase out the International Graduate Stream and the Family Connection Stream of the Labour Impact category of the PEI PNP program. These program closures are due to a national effort to reduce duplication and overlap between the Federal and Provincial programs.

These program closures are due to a national effort to reduce duplication and overlap between the Federal and Provincial programs.点击展开...不是关闭PNP吧，好像是仅仅关闭和淘汰International Graduate Stream and the Family Connection Stream of the Labour Impact category 这两个项目，原因是这两个项目和联邦及省提名的项目重复了。不知道理解的对不对。
