如题，我认为不要。但使馆给我的email提到：Please submit the following documents for your child:-Notarized photocopies of original birth certificate. (Please do not submit the statement of birth)-Four passport-size photos (white background). Please clearly indicate the name on the back of the pictures with a pencil.-Processing fee (if the child will be accompanying you to Canada) for information on payment of fees: http://geo.international.gc.ca/asia/...n-fees-en.aspx 我不知怎么办。
