加拿大华人论坛 加拿大留学移民关于无犯罪证明（国外）

在加拿大

本人正在准备S2的材料（北京），由于人现在在加拿大，并居住满6个月。不知道是否需要办在加拿大的无犯罪证明，查CIC网站http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/north-america/canada.asp 没看出个所以然， 大家有知道的吗？？谢谢！！

Please be advised that if the you have lived in Canada for more that 6 months we ask that you indicate it on the application form.However, since your application was submitted in Beijing, at this time the police certificate for Canada is not required. If during the application process we require you to submit a police certificate for Canada we will notify you accordingly and provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.We hope that this has answered your question.

The Canadian visa office will tell you if you need a Canadian police clearance once your application is being processed.BJ 使馆的答复参见上面的回复.总之,我完全按照使馆的instruction来做, 不多也不少.
