因为FN迟迟没有拿到，所以还是想发个E-mail问问看，HK的邮箱号是怎样的呢？还有我需要告诉他们什么个人信息呢？第一次发E-mail过去，有没有固定的套路？

You received and sealed for confirmation on July 30 2007. Since now, more than 5 months passed, I have not received my File No. letter.This letter is to get more information about my case processing status. Also I wonder is there any unpredictable things happened, such as the mail was lost during the delivery. If so, please let me know my File No. and then I can inquire my application status on line. Another I will change my address and contact address within about one month. So I was so eager to get my File No. Letter before that.
