[FONT=宋体]我离婚[/FONT]5[FONT=宋体]年并有一子[/FONT]12[FONT=宋体]岁，前妻有污点。我现从新组成家庭，想移民加国（姐姐在家国）办里亲属担保。我具体都需要什么手续和公证？请大家帮帮我！我和我前妻都需要办理什么手续？（我有法院离婚判决，孩子归我抚养，抚养费用由我承担）在我的离婚判决书上很清楚的写上了我起诉离婚的理由，前妻的行为。这样对我不利吗？我无犯罪记录，在就是我现在已经结婚，届时还需不需要以前的离婚判决书？[/FONT]
