Important Notice - Information for Permanent Residence ApplicationsKindly note, the Visa Application Centre (VAC) handles Temporary Resident Visa applications only. (Tourists, Business visitors, Returning Resident Determinations, Students and Temporary Workers). The VAC does not handle applications for Permanent Resident Visas (Immigrants, Investors, Family Class, etc.) The procedures for Permanent Resident Visas has not changed, kindly continue to follow the established procedures in this regard which can be found here .If your enquiring about Permanent Residence do not approach the VAC staff as they have no involvement in immigrant processing.
