登陆加拿大驻香港大使馆the Consulate General of Canada in Hong Kong官网，我看到这样的“important notice"重要通知： Kindly note, the Visa Application Centre (VAC) handles Temporary Resident Visa applications only. 只处理临时签证。。。The VAC does not handle applications for Permanent Resident Visas (Immigrants, Investors, Family Class, etc.)香港停止受理移民签证 The procedures for Permanent Resident Visas has not changed, 申请程序未变kindly continue to follow the established procedures in this regard which can be found here . 是否可以理解为香港已停止受理新的移民申请，如果要投表，只能递北京？ 请各位达人解惑！谢谢！！！！！

(Tourists, Business visitors, Returning Resident Determinations, Students and Temporary Workers). The VAC does not handle applications for Permanent Resident Visas (Immigrants, Investors, Family Class, etc.) The procedures for Permanent Resident Visas has not changed, kindly continue to follow the established procedures in this regard which can be found here . If your enquiring about Permanent Residence do not approach the VAC staff as they have no involvement in immigrant processing.
