work experience中填写noc时，如何判断我是skill level a or b，我是硕士学位从事电信行业工作，是senior software engineer，是我们公司engineer中级别最高的，我们公司在这个行业里是数一数二的公司，那么我能算professional么？查询noc中，我应该属于2) Natural and Applied Sciences and Related Occupations这类的，我觉得我的noc是21*系列的而不是22*系列的，22*系列是不是指大专或者技工。谢谢！noc 2) Natural and Applied Sciences and Related Occupations详细列表如下：0 ?
