回复: English Proficiency LetterI saw a special case in other BBS in which the applicant refused to take the IELTS test as he's in the states thus considered himself qualified for top language scores. The VO seemed to disagree and may also think that he had an attitude problem. His application was rejected later. So don't take it for granted.
