[FONT=宋体]在香港领馆的[/FONT]CHECKLIST[FONT=宋体]文件中[/FONT],[FONT=宋体]对于学历部分的要求如下[/FONT]([FONT=宋体]其中对于普通申请人有关的内容[/FONT],[FONT=宋体]我加了颜色了[/FONT]):For you and your spouse or common-law partner:• post-secondary education documents: vocational or technical certificates or diplomas​• CADGEDC credentials report(s) for college or university documents (PRC residents): ​• CADGEDC credentials report(s) to certify completion and authenticity of graduation degree,diploma, or certificate issued by the college or university and the evaluation committee in China(please refer to the instructions for obtaining CADGEDC credentials reports in Appendix E)​• notarial certificate of each degree, diploma, or certificate issued by the college or university and​the evaluation committee in China​• college or university documents (residents of HKSAR, Macao and other countries):​notarization/certification of completion and graduation degree, diploma, or certificate issued by​the college or university​• transcripts: original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in university-sealed envelopes​• professional qualifications certificates: notarized professional qualification certificates should​be submitted if available (e.g. Engineer, Computer Programmer, Accountant, Economist,​Translator/Interpreter, Architect, etc.)​• proof of previous study in Canada (if applicable): documentary proof of completion of a​program of full-time study of at least two years’ duration at a post-secondary institution in​Canada, after the age of 17 together with photocopies of the student authorizations/study​permits issued to you​[FONT=宋体]根据上面标准的要求[/FONT],[FONT=宋体]与我们现时网上有些人的说法有些不同[/FONT],[FONT=宋体]想在此请教几个问题[/FONT]:1.[FONT=宋体]对于[/FONT]” post-secondary education documents: vocational or technical certificates or diplomas”,[FONT=宋体]是否包括后面说的[/FONT]” college or university documents”?[FONT=宋体]还是仅指除大学文凭以外的其他职业培训[/FONT]?[FONT=宋体]是要求提供原件还是复印件[/FONT]?CHECKLIST[FONT=宋体]中没要求做公证[/FONT],[FONT=宋体]那我们要不要做公证[/FONT]?​2.[FONT=宋体]对于[/FONT]” CADGEDC credentials report(s) for college or university documents (PRC residents):​• CADGEDC credentials report(s) to certify completion and authenticity of graduation degree,diploma, or certificate issued by the college or university and the evaluation committee in China(please refer to the instructions for obtaining CADGEDC credentials reports in Appendix E)​• notarial certificate of each degree, diploma, or certificate issued by the college or university and the evaluation committee in China”​[FONT=宋体]是指对于[/FONT]college [FONT=宋体]和[/FONT] university[FONT=宋体]的学历要求做[/FONT]”[FONT=宋体]学位中心[/FONT]”[FONT=宋体]的认证[/FONT],[FONT=宋体]并没有说还要到公证处做公证[/FONT],[FONT=宋体]但网上有的人说两样都要做[/FONT],[FONT=宋体]究竟哪一种做法是对的[/FONT]?​3.[FONT=宋体]对于[/FONT]” transcripts: original transcripts of all degrees must be submitted in university-sealed envelopes”,transcripts[FONT=宋体]的中文翻译是[/FONT]”[FONT=宋体]手抄本[/FONT]”,[FONT=宋体]这个是不是指成绩单呀[/FONT]?[FONT=宋体]现时有些大学出的成绩单没有英文翻译[/FONT],[FONT=宋体]那样就要自己拆开密封件找人翻译[/FONT],[FONT=宋体]但[/FONT]CHECKLIST[FONT=宋体]要求提供密封件[/FONT],[FONT=宋体]这该如何处理[/FONT]?[FONT=宋体]是不是自己拿到成绩单做好翻译后要拿到公证处做公证就行[/FONT]?​​4.[FONT=宋体]对于[/FONT]” professional qualifications certificates: notarized professional qualification certificates should be submitted if available (e.g. Engineer, Computer Programmer,Accountant, Economist, Translator/Interpreter, Architect, etc.)”,[FONT=宋体]是否包括如[/FONT]”[FONT=宋体]建筑工程师[/FONT]”[FONT=宋体]等职业资格证书[/FONT]?[FONT=宋体]如不是以工程师身份申请[/FONT],[FONT=宋体]这个证书要不要提供[/FONT]?[FONT=宋体]另外要不要做公证[/FONT]?[FONT=宋体]要不要做[/FONT]CCPE[FONT=宋体]认证[/FONT]?​​[FONT=宋体]相信以上这些问题以于很多人来说都比较模糊。我的具体情况是中学以后的学历就只有大学本科[/FONT],[FONT=宋体]但没有学位[/FONT],[FONT=宋体]我是读建筑的[/FONT],[FONT=宋体]工作后取得了[/FONT]”[FONT=宋体]建筑工程师[/FONT]”[FONT=宋体]的资格证书[/FONT],[FONT=宋体]但我现在没做建筑这一行了[/FONT],[FONT=宋体]而且我家是以太太为主申请人[/FONT].[FONT=宋体]我这个情况我作为副申请人该如何提供学历、成绩单等证明？哪个朋友可以对学历与成绩单的准备细节做个解释[/FONT]?[FONT=宋体]谢谢了[/FONT]!!!​

回复: 大家请来看看：请教关于学历证明的问题所谓的post-secondary education documents: vocational or technical certificates or diplomas高中毕业技术职业学院. 我觉得职业培训证书譬如说模具技工培训证书此类不属于教育部承认的不属于这类范畴. 这些文件需要做认证. 目前普遍来说是清华认证. 如果要再去做公证, 那就是锦上添花, 反正大多数公证处把学历拿过去交钱就给你公证. Transcripts, 成绩单, 现在移民留学的趋势, 很多高等院校的教务处都有这样的标准服务, 他们把你当年的成绩调出来, 翻译成英文加盖骑缝章后密封后在封出再加盖章给你. 我LP学校做了下收费是六十元Professional qualifications certificates, 不清楚, 但我推测, 凡是在中国做的资质并不具有认知度和对等性, 所以考虑到这样,类似于财务的CPA, ACCA, 采购的CPM等会具有一定的效力. 而并非国内的物流师, 经济师或者LZ说的国内的建筑工程师资格请大家各抒己见.
