Dear friends, Sorry I can't type Chinese at this moment, so I have to express it in English. Now I have a question need your kind advice. I submitted my application to BJ office in Aug.'06, the current status still showed as 14. Now something came up unexpected, I think there will be some change with my personal life. I maybe can't meet the baseline once I can't get 4 7scores in IELTS. So I planed to cancel my application temprately, but I don't know whether it is doable, and whether the immigartion office will return my application charge back to me? I think I should re-submit the application when I am sure I can meet the baseline. Looking forward to your kind advice. Thank you ahead and wish you all success in your career and your life!

You don't have to cancel your application at all.Just take another IELTS and try to score as many 7 as possible and update your file later.评论
Thank you, friend. But I don't wanna find a spouse in so short time. I would like to live alone once I can't find the man who loved me from his heart. I will try to get 4 7scores if possible. If can't, I think I need put immigration plan aside. I just wanna know whether it is possible for me to cancel the application and whether I can get the application fee back? Anyway, thank you!

就像CP88说的，写信给使馆说要撤案，只要还没有ME，申请费好像都可以退，但是可能要等一段时间，你知道的，使馆处理很慢很慢

I think you can cancel your applicantion at anytime by FAX or EMAIL. But ,you can't get back your fee .Maybe you should find the answer at the CIC website or email the VO for the outcome.

You didn't let us know what happened so we may not be able to provide the information exactly suits your case. However, as I know, if you would like to withdraw, that's OK. And you can get your application fees back. Info is available on CIC website. Have a check yourself. However, however, if you want submit later when you think you have met the baseline, I think you would take risks: timing cost and policy changes, etc. If I were you, I would not have withdrawn the case since "For the purposes of Part 5 （即，签发移民签证的条件的相关规定）, the requirements and criteria set out in sections 75 and 76 must be met at the time an application for a permanent resident visa is made as well as at the time the visa is issued.". 姑娘，我觉得退案也不是明智的选择。不如努力考7（如果工作经验不满4年，还可以在积累道4年的时候补料，再用法语得一点分，我觉得应该没有问题。
