Maybe I can helpI am in Calgary now. I have sent Citizenship and Immigration Canada in this July but I cannot remember exactly the mailing address. The following address appeared on my CAPIS report, but you could find the mailing address in the request form for CAPIS information release. Public Rights Administration 360 Laurier Avenue West, 10th FloorNarono Buiding Ottawa, ON K1A 1L1 You need to pay $5 for CAPIS. Better to attach a cheque. Are you in Calgary now?
