Your documentation will be examined to determine whether you have met the residence requirement for citizenship. In the meantime, to ensure that all required checks are completed before referring your application to a Citizenship Judge for a decision, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) will schedule you and your family members for a written exam in the coming months. We are sending this notice to inform you that your case is moving forward and to allow you time to prepare for your exam.Every person between the ages of 18 and 54 years of age must appear for this exam. If you are 55 years of ageor older, you will be called in for an interview to verify your documentation instead. Minors, who were under the age of 18 when they applied, are not required to take a citizenship exam. If you have already taken your exam, please disregard this notice.Your notice to appear for a written exam will be mailed to you at least two weeks before the date of your exam. 回复: 8月RQ, Edmonton office，刚收到notice to prepare exam.同样，我老公去年2月份rq，前两天收到的这封信，看来是cic增加了一个对rq递交后的回复，以前是没有的，可能现在rq太多了，很多人递交完rq材料老给cic打电话或者写信，干脆来个统一告知，收到材料了，等着吧，估计现在还没有收到这封信以后多久考试的案例，因为这是一个新的环节。我现在就奇怪我们的local office应该是mississauga，当初sydney发的rq也是让寄到Mississauga，为什么寄出这份信的是st. clair，难道是rq集中在st.clair的传说是真的？有谁知道吗？
