2012年2月递的申请，现在退回来给我说1. Signature/date more than 90 dayswe are returning your application beacuse it was received more than 90 days after it was signed and dated. It is therefore condsidered to be stale-dated.Please update all information on the form including address absences from Canada and the prohibitions declarations.The application mus then be re-signed and re-dated using the current date.我不明白是不是得填一个2013年的新版申请表。申请表好填，但是需不需我在提供其所规定的文件呢，比如IMM1000，护照复印，英语证明。2. 照片不是12个月内的，需要重照，还要sign your name in black or blue ink, in the white signature area below each photo. The signature must fit entirely within the white signature strip at the bottom of your photos.照片下面有签字的地方吗？是不是要在剪照片的时候留下个边？还是有其他特别的要求？不知道有没有人碰到我这种情况。

回复: 入籍申请遇到奇怪问题.照片是照相馆在后面盖章的吧，有日期，然后装照片的信封上面写名字。没听说要在照片后面签名呀。。。 你一直没收到那本书吗？ 这情况是满奇怪。。。。坐等高人来分析 。。。偶觉得楼主是全部要按照新的申请表来重新填了。。

The signature must fit entirely within the white signature strip at the bottom of your photos. 照片下面有签字的地方吗？是不是要在剪照片的时候留下个边？还是有其他特别的要求？ 不知道有没有人碰到我这种情况。点击展开...lz是签名3个月之后才寄的吗？还是cic的问题。这种情况要是卡时间递表的人又回国了那就惨了，重新递表恐怕连居住时间都成问题。看来一定要自己订紧进度才行 1。还是尽快打客服电话问问，你的情况太特殊了。我也遇到过类似重新申请的情况证明是cic的错误，客服告诉了温哥华移民局的传真告诉我可以投诉，写了很长的传真没有任何反应。客服建议我重新申请是最好的解决办法，结果耽误了一年，也没地方评理。 2。确实奇怪，难道照片格式变了？问问照相馆他们有没有这种，但从移民局网站看不到变化，只要求照片背后签名RequirementsProvide two (2) identical citizenship photographs (except Renunciation applications, where only one (1) photo is required.)Your photographs must comply with the specifications below. If the photographs do not meet the specifications, you will have to provide new photographs before your application can be processed.Photographs must be printed on quality photographic paper.Provide the name of the photographer or the studio, the studio address and the date the photos were taken on the back of the photosPrint the name of the person on the back of the photos.

回复: 入籍申请遇到奇怪问题.不是表格的问题，是CIC收到你的信的时候已经距离你表格上签名的日期超过90天，对于CIC来说信息已经过期了，重新填表吧。
