父母普通探亲签证，申请时先要填很多问题。其中一个是：Do you have a family member who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and is 18 years or older?这个问题对于Family Member的定义是：An applicant’s closest relatives, in the context of an application to CIC. It is defined as a spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children.我们都是成年子女，不是dependent children了，难道回答NO么？
