至今没有收到任何消息，这是不是不正常啊？我快递后跟踪看到签收了的。但现在太久了，没有TRACKING NUMBER 了。我从网上填写了一个问询，邮件回复说系统里面没有找到。We have no record of your application sent to the Case Processing Centre. 论坛上这么多明白人憋着不告诉你。你的问题出在cic退件环节，13号递交不会进入5000限额，所以他们也没有扣款。

2015年的话，13日签收是没可能进5000名额的。。。。。。。加上还没扣钱，哎。。为什么现在才问呢？明年请早。
