父母团聚移民 14年1月递交 转的渥太华 刚收到体检和无犯罪证明请问无犯罪证明是email还是寄原件写的是please provide original police clearance certificate from China.但是没有mail to address底下又是EMAIL 他们的instruction我太confused了 谢谢大家帮忙
