香港补料清单:1）香港的邮件原件（打印，放在所有资料的最前面）；2）体检诊所给的体检完成证明；3）户口本公证书（内有复印件及英文翻译）；4）护照有照片页的复印件；5）2张照片（其中一张背面必须有：你的姓名、生日。照相馆的名字、地址和拍照的日期。以上信息必须手写或者印章，不能用标签纸贴。）；6）更新的背景表（IMM5669): 必须声明你的个人历史和地址从18岁（不只是过去的10年）；7）更新附加家庭信息表（IMM5406）；8）无犯罪记录证明复印件和公证书（内有复印件及英文翻译）； 9）永久居住欠费（登录费$490的收据的复印件）。

你好，有两个问题4）护照有照片页的复印件；这个是不是当初（2014年）递申请时已经交过了？6）更新的背景表（IMM5669): 必须声明你的个人历史和地址从18岁（不只是过去的10年）；表格里面的注释是“从18岁以来或者10年内的地址，哪个情况最近填写哪个”。原文是这样的：12 Address: List all address where have you lived since your 18th birthday or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent"
