今天收到了大使馆的一封电子邮件，内容是关于补交护照的，但是我英文不太好，不太确定里面的内容，各位成功的同学可否能指导我一下。主要是几个问题： 1、是不是只需要把护照和这封信打印出来寄给大使馆就行了？2、大使馆的地址是什么？3、用什么方式？EMS还是挂号信？4、里面是不是还要附上一个中文地址的标签？5、还有什么要注意的部分么？ 以上，谢谢大家啦！下面是我的邮件原文。 This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue theprocessing of your application, we require the following documents and RETURN THIS FORM WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS: Valid original passport or travel document for yourself.Please note: All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations. When original documents arerequested, notarised documents are not acceptable. The above information/documents must be received in our office within 30 days from the date of thisletter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application. Please ensure your completeapplication number, name and address in Chinese characters is included with your correspondence andaddress your correspondence to the Embassy at the address indicated below. We will not respond tocorrespondence received without translation. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Citizenship and Immigration Canada
