回复: 哪里可以下载到在国内办理单身证明的表格为什么要下载那个表格，你应该联系哪个地方的加拿大领事馆，问问他们的具体程序。我们是在广州办的。我提前给他们打了电话，他们给我email了一份表格，好简单的，要加拿大那个人填的，主要是姓名，出生日期，出生地，护照No.,配偶姓名，出生日期，地址，之类的....再email回他们，我们还要传真老公的护照给他们。 最后他们就定下来具体时间让我们过去。就这样子。去那天当天就能拿到单身证明了。要RMB280 cash

Please note that Canadian citizens who wish to marry in China are required by the Chinese authorities to obtain and sign a declaration in front of a consular officer. This is a sworn declaration indicating that an individual is single and eligible to marry. The declaration is a legal document which must be attested in person and cannot be done by fax or mail. It can be obtained at any Canadian consular office in China. You should obtain your declaration from the office which has jurisdiction over the city "where you plan to be married". Should you plan to get married in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan or Fujian Province, you should obtain your declaration from our Guangzhou office.​Effective from December 1, 2008, a fee of RMB 280.00 is charged for this service (please note we can only accept the payment in RMB cash). Notary services (including marriage affidavit) are only available on Thursday from "2:00 pm to 5:00 pm". To obtain notary services, you need to "make an appointment in advance".
