工作职责：1. 为网站研究并制作流畅的用户体验;2. 为网站和手机软件提供平面设计;3. 前端网站开发（HTML, CSS, and Javascript）;4. 与其他设计师和开发人员共同进行产品的设计和制作;任职要求：1. 本科设计专业毕业;2. 至少一年的用户体验设计经验;3. 设计软件的熟练运用 (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign);4. 熟练运用前端网站开发语言： HTML, CSS and basic Javascript;5. 对Bootstrap 和 jQuery 有了解;6. 好的交流能力，能流畅的阐述设计理念;7. 对亚洲文化有好的理解, 能说丶写中文者优先考虑;UI/UX designerResponsibilities:1. Design research and workflows for user experiences on both mobile platforms and responsive websites.2. Create graphic design and UI elements for websites and mobile apps.3. Mockups and front end web development (HTML, CSS, and Javascript) for websites.4. Working with other designers and developers on critiquing and improving our existing products.Qualifications:1. Undergraduate degree in related design field.2. At least 1 year experience in user experience and interface design.3. Strong visual design skills, including using design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign) for wireframes and mockups.4. Experience with HTML, CSS and basic Javascript. Knowledge in Bootstrap and jQuery is a plus.5. Good communication skills for demonstrating design ideas and decisions.6. Good understanding of Asian culture. Chinese speaking and writing skills are preferred.7. Working together with other designers and developers on our web presence.
