Morning， Mrs. LA! How have you been? I am establishing company in Shanghai now, and planning to go to US to establish branch or subsidiary company in the beginning of next year, please help to review below questions and sincerely hope that I can get help from your side:1/ since I am going to apply for L1 visa, should a branch company or a subsidiary company do? I prefer a independent company, which way will be better to show that it is invested fully or partly by my company in Shanghai?2/ the form of company should be corporation or DBA, since both of them are recommended on web;3/ for this establishment, what information material of parent company should I bring?4/ can you also help in applying L1 visa? if yes, what the time and cost will be?5/ if my company was built smoothly, I would you to be our company law consultant. If this is ok to you, what the expense will be like? Please let me know.Since currently I am applying for B2 visa to US now, and the scheduled travelling date will be beggining or middle of March. Really hope that I can your reply on these issues soon, so I may have enough time to prepare.And by the way, I am learning the driving license, and will get it in one month. Is it ok to use in LA or should I prepare to take test for a local LA one?Hope to get your answer soon! Have a nice day!

因为你在上海的公司成立时间太短,就算你先在美国成立分公司的话,办理L-1也会比较困难,最好还是等上海的公司运营两年到三年之后再办理L-1向你的情况,一般来说是办理C corporation公司成立以及L-1的申请最好还是找一个移民律师来帮你关于律师可以参考一下https://www.chineseinla.com/lawyer.html
