Thanks for Mrs LA and Lucyfurrer again, really very very appreciate your help a lot.now I still have a question need to know in my I-485 Form ,my husband had already retirement,no emplyer's letter,so is he or me to write Affidavit of support ( I-864)?I'm not very clear....and another question is that no criminal certification is no need to submit in I-485 Form right ???thanks a lot. please chinese langue.
