Each segment operates independently while benefitting from the Group’s overall experience and synergy to support its core business.We are looking for 9 months temporary personal assistant to : acting as a first point of contact for our CEO: dealing with correspondence and phone callsmanaging diaries and organising meetings and appointmentsbooking and arranging travel, transport and accommodationOrganising events and conferences.Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.Managing databases and filing systems.Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.Organising the CEO’s personal commitments including travel or vehicle etc..
What we are looking for as a personal assistant:Excellent organisational and time management skills.Good written and spoken communication skills.Accuracy and attention to detail.A calm and professional manner.Excellent administration and computer skills.Flexible and adaptable approach to work.Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information.Ability not to flap in a stressful situation.Knowledge of the latest Microsoft software.Ability to research and find information for the companyWarm, instantly likeable personality.Proactive and ability to think aheadReliable, loyal and discrete.Proactive.Hold excellent interpersonal skills.Have the ability to organise the most unorganised person.Self motivated.Analytical quick learner.Problem solver
There is possible we will extend your contract for longer period.
