We are an importer and distributor of fashion accessories based in Manchester Cheetham Hill area, and currently looking for a Sale Administrator to join our team to assist in our busy warehouse.
Duties and responsibilities:Responding and processing telephone and online orders.Must have a good standard in written and spoken English.Answering to customer enquires through email and telephone in a timely manner.Processing all customer complaints to resolution. Knowledge of Word and Excel is an advantage.Tracking and updating key accounts.Updating customers with new products through email and what’sapp.Taking payments and invoicing customers.Can work under pressure to strict deadlines.Liaising with couriers – resolving delivery issues in a timely manner.Preparing export, documentation including invoices packing lists, etc.General administration duties.To help out in the warehouse at busy times.
