Please find more details as below: Salary: £17,000 per annumHours: Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 5.30pmHolidays: 28 days per annum (include Public Holidays)Contract Type: Full TimeFacilities: Free Car Park About the Role:· Coordinate administrative and clerical activities to ensure the effective office operation· Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, check invoices· Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data· Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary· Assist manger and colleagues when necessary About You:· Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal· Ability to work under pressure and work with a team· Excellent working knowledge of Excel, include pivot table· Previous experience in accountancy is preferred· Candidate must have the right to work in the UK without any restrictions If you feel you match the above criteria, please send your CV and cover letter to [email protected]
