由于毕业后之前的学生签证即将失效，工作签证也要等一个月才能下来，所以外办的人给我开了一个Fiktionsbescheinigung。最近申请了一个职位，机会蛮大的，但是HR说必须有找工作签证才能继续申请流程。请问大家，有其他方法让向HR证明我有找工作的资格吗? (即，虽然有已经申请了找工作签证，但是证件还没有发下来。话说我今天打电话问了，说最快也要一个月。FB的效力只等同于学生签证，一年只可以工作120个全天)

I understand your confusion but your "Fiktionsbescheinigung" still has the same limitations as your student visa which means that you are only allowed to work 120 days a year. That is why at the moment we cannot consider your application for a permanent job in our company.
Since you wrote that you are going to get your new "Aufenthaltstitel" in one month, I would like to ask you to get in touch with us again when you have it to continue the application process.
I hope you understand that we can only proceed the process when you have a valid work permit for the whole time you would be working in our company.

恩。给我的感觉是这样的。之前说我的签证不行，直接给我整个实习岗位的Vorschlag，这个回复也是我上封邮件解释后她自己明白过来了。真是够机械的。总之明天去这里的外办问问，德国人有时办事是会把中国人急死的。
