A wheelchair-bound teen who has already been the past victim of a hit and run, has been struck again in Surrey.Jonathan Forero, 19, has two broken legs, a broken shoulder, and other serious injuries after he was hit in the latest incident on Tuesday. The previous hit and run is the reason he is currently in a wheelchair.To make matters worse, he suffers from brittle bone disease.Jamie Chartrand is the mother of the victim’s girlfriend; the pair was on the way to her house for dinner near 132nd and 95A Avenue when he was hit before 6 p.m.“My daughter was walking with him and she is lucky that she wasn’t hit. He is lucky he was in the chair because the chair saved his life believe it or not…there must have been 40 or 50 pieces of the car on the road,” she tells News1130.“His mobility was already minimal, so they need to keep him in hospital until he is able to transfer himself from his bed to his chair on his own,” she adds.Chartrand tells us the person who hit him sped off and left him lying there screaming in pain.Mounties are looking for a small import dark purple (almost black) sedan with front-end damage to the passenger side of the car.The family and RCMP are asking the driver to come forward.两次被Hit—and-Run，这次还是坐轮椅！
