首先非常感谢各位园友在RESP贴子中提供了很多非常有用的资源，今继RESP之后再来探讨一下QESI的购买。QESI，就是和联邦的RESP的一样，魁北克政府对于每个购买教育计划的小孩送10%（联邦是20%). 当我去TD retail买RESP时，TD告诉我，QESI只能在TD waterhouse 购买，并且每月要收管理费。他并不建议我购买，因为赠送的那10%可能还不够支付TD waterhouse每月的管理费。另外，还有可能购买股票的亏损。难道购买RESP时，QESI 那10%不会自动打到RESP的帐户上吗？非得同时开一个RESP， 再另开一个QESI的帐户吗？希望有了解或购买过的园友们再给点建议，再次谢谢大家！！！

QESI不支持TD，基本上只支持总部在魁省的银行
