我们租得公寓这月月底到期，不准备续租。今天留孩子一人在家，管理人员未经允许用备用钥匙打开我房门。孩子说父母不在家，她就走了。请问这样是否违法

回复: 请教：公寓管理人员未经允许用备用钥匙打开我房门，是否犯法简单来说，不违法。另外，楼主孩子如果不满12岁单独在家，楼主就违法了。。。。。。当然楼主完全可以跟管理员说，下次先打手机通知一下，ok？一旦租客提出书面通知要终止租约，房东就有权不书面通知就带其它租客看房。进入时间只能是8 am到8 pm，而且需尽可能预先通知房客http://www.ontariotenants.ca 有详细规定Entry to show rental unit to prospective tenants(3) A landlord may enter the rental unit without written notice to show the unit to prospective tenants if,(a) the landlord and tenant have agreed that the tenancy will be terminated or one of them has given notice of termination to the other;(b) the landlord enters the unit between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.; and(c) before entering, the landlord informs or makes a reasonable effort to inform the tenant of the intention to do so. 2006, c. 17, s. 26 (3).
