Regent Plaza is a Saskatoon family owned and operated building in the heart of Saskatoon's downtown shopping district, across the alley from Starbucks, near the corner of 22nd St. and 3rd Avenue. It is a quiet, clean and well maintained Adult Preferred building located near the central bus mall. There are laundry facilities on each floor and a sundeck on the roof is available during the summer. The building is secured by intercom access and by video cameras monitored by our onsite manager and caretaker.
