Hi,We are looking for resources who can be on-call consultants on our newest project for installation of Dell servers in a small business environment. Requirements are:1) Extensive server/network experience - extensive is at least 3-5 years experience2) A+, MCSE certified, networking courses preferable Network certified3) More certifications the better4) Has actual experience in configuring servers, networking, can troubleshoot on-site5) Can make extensive an on-site assessment6) Can identify the needs of the end-customer7) Can make the appropriate recommendation The pay scale can vary between $35-$45/hour. We have identified and engaged some techs already and we are looking for more resources in various Zone 1 areas. This pay rate is not a precedent in future projects that you are going to be involved. Prior to actual work, on-site assessment is necessary as server installation vary from each setting. On site assessment is at most 2 hours. Information and documentation will be provided to assist the consultant in making the assessment. Actual work varies depending on your recommendation based on the on-site assessment. It can be 4 hours, 8 hours to 16 hours. Presently, Dell server installation does not happen regularly. At this point, it happens only once a month or even once every quarter.
