EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Production Group Leaders (2) Reporting to one of our Production Supervisors, this dynamic individual will be responsible for assisting in the supervision of employees, training, and effective time management. This is a working Lead Hand position. You must be able to manage multiple tasks and duties, while meeting daily deadlines in a dynamic, fast paced environment. QUALIFICATIONS​The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:Strong leadership skills.High level of personal commitment, and overtime may be requiredKnowledge or ability to take on production and product Quality Standards.Problem solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work well under pressureA team player with a positive attitudeThe ability to promote communication and successful working relationshipsStrong leadership, with the ability to maintain a high level of commitment.Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Project. Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an assetExperience in the Fenestration industry is considered an asset.EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Production Supervisors (2) Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the Production Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Production Line. This includes production line supervision, safety awareness, ensuring appropriate levels of staffing, quality and line performance. This proactive leader will initiate process improvements and have the ability to foresee issues, and deal with them in an effective and efficient manner, while ensuring all line targets are met on a daily basis. QUALIFICATIONS​The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:Manufacturing experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Supervisory position.The ability to promote communication and successful working relationshipsStrong leadership, with the ability to maintain a high level of commitment.High level of personal commitment, overtime may be requiredKnowledge or ability to take on production and product Quality Standards.Problem solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work well under pressureA team player with a positive attitudeWorking knowledge of MS Office and MS Project. Experience in the Fenestration industry is considered an asset.
