Your four-digit NETFILE access code that enables you to use NETFILE is printed on the information sheet of your T1 personal income tax return package.If you didn't receive a NETFILE access code or you misplaced it, the following options exist to get one:you can use our NETFILE access code online service; oryou can call our e-Services Helpdesk at 1-800-714-7257.NoteIf you are filing a tax return for the first time, we are unable to process it through NETFILE.
