Responsibilities:
○ Responsible for network infrastructure management, including monitoring, configuration and maintenance to ensure service level
○ Developing solutions and implementation of MOP to fulfill the network deployment according to architecture design and standard
○ Assist to define standard operating procedures, service baseline and standards
○ Monitoring and resolving alerts and trouble tickets to deliver an exceptional customer experience service
○ Enhance the reliability of the network through proactive performance, operational data analysis and the adoption of service improvement suggestions
○ Maintain technical documentations to align with changes and updates
○ Provide technical support to business and development team
Skill requirements:
○ Bachelor’s degree or above in the relevant field of study
○ Strong understanding of Internetworking
○ Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals, HTTP/S and DNS
○ Experience with network monitoring tools, package capture and troubleshooting skills
○ Solid experience of Linux system management
○ Familiarity with mainstream operation automation platforms such as Ansible
○ Solid experienced of cloud-based infrastructure deployment and maintenance
○ Hands on experience in networking and infrastructure management
○ Good service mindset and working habit
○ Able to identify priorities to provide technical support
○ Fluent in English and Mandarin (oral and Written) to liaise with stakeholders overseas
