Store Supervisor（儲備主管）
Company Backgroud：
Ten Ren is the leading international retailer and manufacturer of specialty teas over 2,000 retail locations in North America, Asia, and the Pacific Rim.
We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is currently hiring Part-Time and Full-Time store supervisor for Scarborough Town Centre location.
Job Types: Part-Time and Full-Time, Permanent
*Part-time requires a minimum of 3 days a week with flexible schedule.
Job Descriptions:
- Attending to customers with an excellent customer service and positive attitude.
- Operate POS Point of Sales system and accurately handle cash.
- Prepare Tea beverages, prepare toppings and package for customers
- Perform daily operations of opening and closing duties and assist with store clean-ups.
- Keep clean and well-maintained sales floor and storage area.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environments
- Following company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Motivating employees to achieve targets.
- Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
Qualifications:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and hard-working team player.
- Maintain a positive, motivated, and energetic demeanor.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
- Familiarity with applicable labor laws, and retail health and safety standards.
- Good Verbal communication (Good command of English and Mandarin).
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule including mornings and evenings. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
- Minimum relevant experience is required.
