We aim to promote golf and help players to improve their skills and increase the opportunities for players to learn from each other and enjoy the joy and better life of golf. So Golf Academy has the most advanced professional golf training equipment, to help you correct your swing posture, enhance muscle memory, using technology to improve your performance.
What you will be responsible for.
This person should focus on administrative and reception task as well as program assignment work, handling customer enquiry, registration transactions, retail, and event management, making sure everything is running smoothly.
What you will do
· Handling reception task and duty
· Handling customers information and files
· Responding to marketing and promotion planning
· Managing billing transactions
· Preparing daily reports
· Event and seminars supports
You are someone who:
ü Enjoy meeting nice people
ü Interesting on administrative or marketing work
ü Has excellent attitude as well as experience to produce results in a timely manner
ü Work independently
ü Good at Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
ü Excellent communication skills (Fluent English and Chinese)
Working Hours (adjustable):
ü 9:30am to 5:30pm; or
ü 2:30pm to 9:30pm
