About this role …

What you’ll do …
Communicate – You will interact on a daily basis withcross-functional partners (i.e. Factory, Category Management Teams Design,Development, and Sales) and communicate product details and changes accuratelyto cross-functional teams.
Develop – You will develop sales material and technicalinformation to support the sales force and customers. This includesprinted and electronic documents, product training material, packagingspecifications, item weights & measures and other support data. Youwill demonstrate a basic understanding of costing implications as they relateto the Product Development process and provide input to create improvedprocesses that increase efficiency and productivity.
Project Management – You will research and gather consumer insight materialboth online and at retail to aid in the product development process. You willsurvey the competitive landscape and maintain performance/technicalbenchmarks. You will work within and demonstrate proficiency with ProductManagement Systems.
Eye For Detail – You have an eye for detail to understand design’saesthetic intent and to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Prioritize – You will demonstrate an ability to evaluate and changepriorities as needed.
What you’ll bring …
Experience: We will train you to have experience in brand managementadministration within sports & promotional products industry. To experiencemeeting multiple deadlines and objectives – must be comfortablemulti-tasking. Must be flexible and able to adapt to new situationsquickly.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office applications ismandatory.
Education: Post-secondary degree or equivalent in Business or similarprogram.
Entrepreneurial: You demonstrate a “no job is too small” mentality; youlike to roll up your sleeves, jump in and get it done! You are a goal oriented,high achiever. You are agile and adept at working in a multi-stakeholderenvironment. You appreciate the nuances of a private, non-corporatecompany environment.
