Canada Top System Inc. (CTS) is seeking a Sales Administrator for a full-time position. Relevant experiences are recommended.
Responsibilities:
> Maintain excellent e-commerce performance metrics
> Researching of products and markets will be required for the advertising of our products at competitive pricing
> Support new and returning customers with pre- and post-sales service in a timely fashion via email and phone
> Process quotations and sales orders
> Effectively communicate with the team and propose innovative methods to improve business practices
> Assist in administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
> Strong oral and written communication skills in English; Mandarin is an asset
> Knowledge in computer hardware and office equipment
> Experience with online selling platforms is recommended
> Must be a dedicated team player that can also operate independently
> Ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and good organizational and problem solving skills will be beneficial
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:30AM to 6:00PM
Candidates must report to the office and have reliable transportation.
Extended health care and paid vacation time are available.
COVID19 Precautions:
All staff and customers are required to wear a mask. Company issued medical masks are available. Common surfaces are regularly sanitized. Local pickup is available with a capacity of one customer at a time; not open to in-store shopping.
