Kan is led by a team of doctors, nurses and certified medical aestheticians with expertise in plastic surgery, dermatology, postpartum care, cosmetic injection and medical aesthetic treatments.
Hiring for Admin/Receptionist Position
Locations: Yonge & Steeles Location, Leslie & Sheppard Location
Job type: part time, full time
Pay structure: hourly($15-$25) + commission
Benefits: staff discount, daily/weekly/monthly bonus

Job description:
This role is responsible for
Open and close clinic, provide professional and friendly greeting experience to clients
Inform customers of current promotions and events, answer all spa service and product related questions
Responsible for customer service via phone call, message and email
Operate software for schedule, appointment, transaction and payment
Record digital daily business, prepare and store consent and treatment log for all clients
Generate daily and monthly totals
Update inventory
Manage communication to team and management, ensure a good flow of working procedure and environment
Execute other various clerical duties as requested by Clinic Manager.
Qualifications:
Speak fluent English and Mandarin
Previous experience in cosmetics industry is preferred
Excellent customer service skills and client facing experience
Front desk or admin working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
Detail-orientated, organized and accurate
Must be flexible to work all shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
Willing to rotate between locations as required
