Lighting design and manufacturing firm are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Job duty includes:
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist production with documentation and workflow (POs, WOs)
- Assist sales team with project and follow-ups and order.
- Ensure inventory and ERP system is up to date and accurate
Qualifications
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of related experience - Must be able to work long term
- Proficiency in English/Mandarin and in MS Office
