UTOI Immigration Consultant （RCIC）
Job Details:
Ø
Assess client’s qualifications for immigration streams and programs
Ø
Provide advice to the client with respect to Canadian Immigration and
Citizenship Law
Ø
Prepare and advice the client on their application to IRCC
Ø
Guide the client through the process of obtaining proof of education, training,
work experiences, and other documents when required
Ø
Review documents and application forms throughout the process to ensure
consistency and accuracy
Ø
Regularly track and correspond with the client about the progress of their
application
Ø
Communicate with the IRCC on the client’s behalf as needed
Ø
Perform other duties to act in the best interests of the client within the limits of
Canadian law
Qualifications:
Ø
Minimum 2 years of immigration experience
Ø
Licensed Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC)
Ø
Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents
Ø
Chinese reading, speaking and writing skills is a must
Ø
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Salary: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year (Based on relevant experience)
Type of position: Permanent, full-time
