We have avery big bedroom for rent in the two bedroom apartment on the second floor.This room have sliding glass door which walks out on to a spacious back deck.Currently we have one girl student from Seneca in the other room and lookingfor a girl roommate. Apartment have a separate entrance and landlord NOT livein the same house.
Location:Van Horne & 404 ONE minute walk to the bus stops #10&169. short walk tobus#39 and bus#25. Walking distance to Seneca college, Fairview Mall, Don Millssubway station and grocery stores. ONE minute walk to library, communitycenter, swimming pool and hockey arena.
Rent$650 permonth, Rent include all the utilities: water, heat, A/C, power, laundry and highspeed internet.
